LOL at the complete n00b. This lesson was great. i was wondering why I couldn’t get it to sound like the record. I was playing a tab that had me hitting the notes at the fifth and seventh frets instead of playing them open. This sounds much better. Thanks.

one question, i use my palm to mute the E string instead of my left hand, you think it matters if i do it that way, or will i run into problems further on down the road? thanks nice lesson.

if you knew anything about guitar youd know that the high strings start as string one, then as you go up the strings it goes 1E, 2B, 3G, 4D, 5A, 6E

what the HECK are you talking about hammering on and off on the 5th and 4th string when you’re referring to the 2nd and 3rd low strings (A and D)….
