is it hard to learn to play the guitar?
i am interested in learning how to play. is it tough?
I used to take lessons. Well, to be fair I took one lesson. Then I quit. Four years later (I’m now 16), I took up guitar again except this time no lessons. I taught myself to read tabs and learned a few chords. Tabs are extremely easy to learn and there are only a few chords that I have to truly practice to reach. I think it’s pretty easy, and I’m sure if I can do it, you can.

actually all the notes for every string instrument is kinda the same i play the violin and my cousin play the guittar and the electric guittar and she says that its kinda the same we even compared notes so no the guittar isnt hard if u know how to play a string instrument but if u dont try to go to google or if they have any music clases close to you try to go there and hopefully i helped peace.

its not that hard.
you just have to be committed and patient.
it would be really easy if you know how to read music.

i think it depends on the level of difficulty you are attempting to play. naturally if the piece is hard, you will find that you exert more time and energy in mastering it. As opposed to if the piece is simpler you have an easier time learning it.

NO, it’s easy. you can play a song after 5 or 6 weeks at most.
