i used to have the … i used to have the same problem, i would suggest trying to lossen up the wrist a bit, and just play very very soft and consistantly. after a while it will start to come together just stay with it.
I can’t bounse back … I can’t bounse back and forward, like up and down, down is easy, but if I go up then it doesn’t sound really nice? can you help me?

i suggest loosening …
i suggest loosening up your wrist on the strumming in order to get a more flowing tone out of it. Good video though
